Jewelry Updating and Repair

I can work with you to update old and unworn jewelry! I can also repair necklaces that need to be restrung, either on high quality beading wire or on knotted silk.

Restringing fee is $1 per necklace inch, with a minimum of $18.
Pearl knotting is $3 per necklace inch with a minimum of $18.

Turquoise Necklace Repair

When this turquoise necklace broke, some of the beads were lost. I took beads from the matching earrings to repair the necklace. Don't worry if you don't have the missing beads, or if you don't want to sacrifice a matching pair of earrings! If I can't find new matching beads, I can suggest new beads that will coordinate.

Jade Bracelet Necklace #1

Created for grandmother, she had a set of jade bracelets that she couldn't wear, so I used a bracelet for a pendant in this necklace. The offset focal piece was purchased locally (KS), then combined with the bracelet with sterling silver wire. The necklace is undyed leather with a sterling silver "S" clasp.

Jade Bracelet Necklace #2

Created for grandmother, she had a set of jade bracelets that she couldn't wear, so I used a bracelet for a pendant in this necklace. The dangles in the middle are made of purple crystals and sliver spacers on knotted silk thread. The necklace is undyed leather with a sterling silver "S" clasp.
